♥ I only speak English.•☽────✧˖°˖☽.☆.☾˖°˖✧────☾•Information☆ If you commission me, the commission is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed and paid for. Commercial uses include things like game assets/characters, keychains, posters, t-shirts, promotional materials, mascots etc. This list is not exhaustive. Commercial use will incur an additional fee.☆ I own all rights to my artwork. Using my artwork to create N/F/T’s or putting my work into any A/I engine is strictly prohibited and you will be banned from commissioning me and my pages in the future.☆ I will post any work to my social media pages (unless you ask me beforehand not to!) In addition to this I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio as well as profile pictures, banners and example/promotional materials.☆ If you commission me for a fanart commission (not fandom ocs) from any games/series/anime etc may be used by myself to produce physical prints, digital wallpapers etc.☆ The price you see when commissioning me is the base price. ☽Character Design☆ I have the right to decline or refuse any commission that I believe is outside of my skill range. I may also refuse if your commission request includes elements that I will not do.☆ I am not a particularly fast artist - I like to take my time and do a good job, so please try to be patient♥ I do not do rush orders, even for a fee. I can also give you updates of sketches/flat colours (if applicable, more info below.) I try to include an estimated timescale on pages for specific commissions or YCHs, but if you would like to inquire about how long a specific type of commission might take, please do get in touch.☆ Please feel free to repost and share your commissioned artwork! But please don’t forget to credit me

If you do not have visual references you will need to complete a form for your character. If you do not have a character, additional fees may apply, unless you are asking me to design a character/creative freedom. Full references or artwork help me greatly by reducing mistakes or guesses and it ensures I can fulfill your request.☆ Complex characters may be simplified depending on the type of commission, if you’re unsure if/how your character would be simplified do get in touch!☆ Be kind. If I think you are being rude, offensive or inappropriate at any point during the commission I will not continue working with you and cancel the commission. You will receive a refund of only 50% depending on how much work I have already completed. For me to start your commission a minimum deposit of 50% (non-refundable) must be paid. (more info on refunds below.)
An initial sketch must be approved, and the remaining balance must be paid in full, before I continue working on your request.☽DeviantArt
I will create a custom listing for you to purchase with your request details and username. If any information is missing, I will request it in this listing. You will be sent the link to the listing via email or your preferred social media that I also use.☽Refunds
If you need to cancel (any reason) after paying the 50% deposit but before the sketch has been sent to you, I will give you a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total already paid.)
If you need to cancel after confirming the sketch and full payment has been received, I will only give a 50% refund before 48 hours. After 48 hours refunds cannot be requested (unless I cancel/issue the refund.)
Please be 100% sure you can afford and want to commission me before requesting!
If I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason, I will refund you the full amount minus 25% depending on what I have already completed.•☽────✧˖°˖☽.☆.☾˖°˖✧────☾•Process/Queue☆ Start of request
☽ After you have requested the commission and paid the 50% deposit, I will begin working on your commission! Hooray!
☽ I will send a couple of progress images (a sketch and flat colour if applicable) for you to approve/make changes. This is the only time that you will be able to make larger changes. After this point, only minor changes will be allowed.
☽ After you approve the sketch and pay the remaining amount you will be unable to request a refund (after 48 hours) as within 48 hours I will have started on your commission.☆ During request
☽ I will not send wip images, but I can update you on the progress of your request. I may contact you regarding colours etc if needed.☆ Finished request
☽ I will send you a final watermarked check to be reviewed by you. You are allowed 3 minor revisions, any more than 3 may incur an additional fee, which must be paid in full before making the final adjustments.
☽ Once you have approved the artwork to be finalised, I will email the finished commission as a .png file for personal use and a watermarked .png for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered (unless already discussed.)•☽────✧˖°˖☽.☆.☾˖°˖✧────☾•How to contact me
